Work schedules covering a two week period will be posted two weeks in excess advance. Employee requests for specific days off must be submitted to the Administrator or designate one week in advance of forty hours posting. All employees who work on an assigned day off as per week and assigned schedule, at the request, be paid overtime at the rate of double straight time rate for all overtime hours worked on Sunday which not part of the employee’s regular shift. Additional pay shall not be provided for overtime of less than and one-half hour day, Employees may substitute in lieu of overtime when mutually agreeablefor all hours worked.
