Off Peak Delivery Entitlement. Subject to clause 5, during the Off Peak Period in each Contract Year, CPC will deliver to the CPC Connection Point a sufficient quantity of water to enable the Customer to draw its Off Peak Delivery Entitlement (in addition to enabling other Customers who are Participants to draw their Off Peak Delivery Entitlements).
