Master Schedule At the start of the schematic design phase, the Construction Administrator will be given a copy of the updated DAS initial schedule as described in the pre-design phase. The Construction Administrator will then create its master schedule based on the DAS’ initial schedule. Utilizing CPM-based software, the Construction Administrator will assign a duration and relationship to each task, add or delete tasks, identify the logic of interrelationships and milestones, and perform schedule management activities to identify the project's critical path and timeline. The master schedule shall include all tasks from the pre-design phase through design, construction, and project closeout. Items to be identified during subsequent refinements include milestones for departmental occupancy, shop drawing and Construction Administrator reviews, special support services, mobilization and demobilization, long lead item purchases, and float times.
SCHEDULE OF RESERVED NAMES Except to the extent that ICANN otherwise expressly authorizes in writing, and subject to the terms and conditions of this Specification, Registry Operator shall reserve the following labels from initial (i.e., other than renewal) registration within the TLD. If using self-‐allocation, the Registry Operator must show the registration in the RDDS. In the case of IDN names (as indicated below), IDN variants will be identified according to the registry operator IDN registration policy, where applicable.
Salary Schedule Placement 1. Credit hours for the purpose of placement on the salary schedule shall be defined as those semester hour credits earned for graduate courses that are within the teacher’s present certification or a planned program leading to additional areas of teacher certification, guidance or administration. Upon approval of the Superintendent, any other courses, graduate or undergraduate may be certified for proper placement on the salary schedule.
Schedule Change When a change of work schedule is requested by an employee and approved by the Agency, all forms of penalty pay shall be waived by the employee. When a change of work schedule is requested by an employee and approved by the Agency, overtime compensation for that workday, but not for work over forty (40) hours per week, associated with the changed schedule shall be waived.
Amortization Schedule We do not provide an initial amortization schedule at the time of project agreement release but maintain a "Loan Summary Spreadsheet" on our website on the Financial Tab under "Loans". Once your loan is put into billing an amortization schedule will be posted to the same website, with a copy mailed to the Chief Financial Officer the month following project closeout.

Construction Progress Schedule; Overall Project Schedule The Contractor shall submit for review by the Design Professional and approval by the Owner a Construction Progress Schedule based upon the Design Professional’s Preliminary Design and Construction Schedule and prepared using a CPM (Critical Path Method) process within sixty days after the Effective Date of the Contract, utilizing a full-featured software package in a form satisfactory to the Design Professional and Owner, showing the dates for commencement and completion of the Work required by the Contract Documents, including coordination of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical disciplines, as well as coordination of the various subdivisions of the Work within the Contract. Milestones must be clearly indicated and sequentially organized to identify the critical path of the Project. The Construction Schedule will be developed to represent the CSI specification divisions. It shall have the minimum number of activities required to adequately represent to the Owner the complete scope of Work and define the Project’s (and each Phase’s if phased) critical path and associated activities. The format of the Construction Progress Schedule will have dependencies indicated on a monthly grid identifying milestone dates such as construction start, phase construction, structural top out, dry-in, rough-in completion, metal stud and drywall completion, equipment installation, systems operational, inspections for Material Completion and Occupancy Date, and Final Completion Date. The Contractor shall submit, along with the Construction Progress Schedule, the Submittal Schedule for approval by the Design Professional, correlating the associated approval dates for the documents with the Construction Progress Schedule. Upon recommendation by the Design Professional and approval by the Owner, the Construction Progress Schedule shall become the Overall Project Schedule, which shall be utilized by the Design Professional, Owner and Contractor. The Contractor must provide the Design Professional and the Owner with monthly updates of the Overall Project Schedule indicating completed activities and any changes in sequencing or activity durations, including approved change orders. Shift Schedule The words "shift schedule" when used in this Agreement shall mean a timetable of the shifts and off days assigned to a position or group of positions which commences at the beginning of a pay period and includes one complete rotation of said shifts.

By the duly authorised representatives signing this agreement, the employer and the contractor agree to and accept the foregoing schedule of deviations as the only deviations from and amendments to the documents listed in the tender data and addenda thereto as listed in the tender schedules, as well as any confirmation, clarification or changes to the terms of the offer agreed by the Tenderer and the employer during this process of offer and acceptance. It is expressly agreed that no other matter whether in writing, oral communication or implied during the period between the issue of the tender documents and the receipt by the Tenderer of a completed signed copy of this Agreement shall have any meaning or effect in the contract between the parties arising from this agreement.
