Offering of Type B and Type D Courses. The College may disapprove a Type B Course request if the College determines, in its sole discretion, that the College is unable to provide a qualified faculty. The Parties will mutually specify the Type D Courses, if any, that will be subject to this Agreement. Type D Courses are subject to cancellation or modification by the College in accordance with generally applicable College policies. In determining the offering of Type B and Type D Courses, the Parties will prioritize Priority Courses for which the District does not have sufficient qualified teachers to meet student demand.
