Common use of Offers of Employment Clause in Contracts

Offers of Employment. 21.1. For the duration of the Framework Agreement and for a period of 12 months thereafter the Contractor must not employ or offer employment to any of the Authority’s employees who have been associated with the Framework Agreement and/or the contract management of the Framework Agreement without the Authority’s prior approval. 21.2. This clause does not prevent the Contractor from employing or offering employment to any person who has applied for employment in response to an advertisement placed in the normal course of business and not placed with the objective of soliciting the Authority’s employees.
