Common use of Office for Association President Clause in Contracts

Office for Association President. Subject to space limitation in the department of the President of the Association, every effort will be made to provide individual office space for the President of the Association during their term of office. Reassignment of faculty office space to accommodate the foregoing shall not be subject to the grievance procedure hereunder.
