SECRETARIAL ASSISTANCE. Within the limits of available resources, all faculty shall be furnished secretarial assistance.
SECRETARIAL ASSISTANCE. All teachers shall be entitled to an equitable share of such secretarial assistance as may be available within the school.

SECRETARIAL ASSISTANCE.
1. Full-time secretarial assistance shall be provided for all schools. Clerical assistance during school recesses and xxxxxxx will be provided for Building Administrators on an as needed basis, coordinated and approved through the Personnel Department. Assignment of additional secretarial assistance shall be based on the following: Availability of teacher aides/assistants Extent or lack of volunteer service available Individualized instruction in prototype school Pupil enrollment Special projects: continuous progress Special problems: attendance; truancy; tardiness Turnover Voluntary transfer (receiving schools)
2. Substitute secretarial help shall be supplied, when available, to all schools in case of more than one-half day absence of the secretary.
SECRETARIAL ASSISTANCE. Secretarial assistance will be provided for all Principals during the summer months including one secretary for the three small schools.
