Office of Attorney General. The Office of the Pennsylvania Attorney General fully and finally releases the Released Entities from any civil claim the Attorney General could assert under the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, 73 P.S. §§201-1, et seq. arising out of: (a) the factual allegations in the complaints filed in the State Cases; (b) the Covered Conduct for the period January 1, 2001 through December 31, 2014; and (c) the matters investigated under the subpoena dated August 19, 2015. The Pennsylvania Attorney General executes this release in his official capacity and releases only claims, referenced above, that the Pennsylvania Attorney General has the authority to bring and release. Upon execution of this Settlement Agreement, the investigation encompassed by the aforementioned subpoena shall be deemed terminated.
