Common use of Officer Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Officer Evaluation. Each of a candidate’s superior officers shall assign points based on his/her assessment of each candidate’s qualifications and abilities to perform the duties of Fire Captain. The criteria used in assigning officer evaluation points, shall be disclosed to all candidates prior to assigning points, shall be job-related and applied uniformly to all candidates. Each officer shall keep and maintain records of all scores for the duration of the Final Promotion List.
