Officer of the Day (OD) Differential. When a nurse is assigned in writing to perform the duties of Officer of the Day (OD) for an institution, that nurse shall receive OD pay in the amount of two dollars ($2.00) per hour. In addition, nurses shall receive shift differential as provided in Section 13.
