Officer Vacancy. Any vacancy in the office of chairperson and vice chairperson that occurs between the annual organizational meetings will be filled by a member elected by the Committee according to the procedure outlined in Section IIIA. The election will follow the procedures above and occur no later than 60 days after the creation of the vacancy.
