Official Holidays and Paying Vacation. 5.2.1. The Employee shall enjoy the official holidays of China with payment. The official holidays of China are as follows: New Year’s Day, Spring Festival, May Day, and the National Day. 5.2.2. The Employee shall enjoy annual leave of ten (10) business days with payment.
