Common use of Official Secrets Act Clause in Contracts

Official Secrets Act. A18.1 The Contractor shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that the Contractor’s Personnel are aware of the provisions of the Official Secrets Acts 1911 to 1989 and Section 182 of the Finance Act 1989, and understand that these provisions apply during and after the Contract.

Official Secrets Act. A18.1 35.1 The Contractor shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that any persons employed by him or by any sub-contractor in connection with the Contractor’s Personnel Project are aware of the provisions of the Official Secrets Acts 1911 to 1989 and Section 182 of the Finance Act 1989, and understand that these provisions Acts apply to them during and after performance of any services under or in connection with the ContractAgreement.

Official Secrets Act. A18.1 12.1 The Contractor shall take all reasonable steps undertakes to ensure comply and to procure that the Contractor’s Personnel are aware of its Staff comply with the provisions of the Official Secrets Acts 1911 to 1989 and Section 182 of the Finance Act 1989, and understand that these provisions apply during and after the Contract.

A18.1 22.1 The Contractor shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that the Contractor’s Personnel are aware of the provisions of the Official Secrets Acts 1911 to 1989 and Section 182 of the Finance Act 1989Xxx 0000, and understand that these provisions apply during and after the Contract.

A18.1 14.1.1 The Contractor shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that all people employed by the Contractor’s Personnel Contractor or its agents and Sub-Contractors in connection with this Agreement and Contracts are aware of the Official Secrets Act 1989 and where appropriate, with the provisions of the Official Secrets Acts 1911 to 1989 and Section 182 of the Finance Atomic Energy Act 19891946, and understand that these provisions Acts apply to them during the execution of this Agreement and Contracts and after the Contractexpiry or termination of this Agreement and Contracts.
