Official Secrets Act. 20.1 The Supplier will comply with, and ensure that the Supplier Staff comply with, the provisions of the Official Secrets Act 1911 to 1989 and Section 182 of the Finance Act 1989. 20.2 If the Supplier or the Supplier Staff fail to comply with the above Official Secrets Act clause 20.1, CCS reserves the right to End this Framework Agreement with immediate effect by giving notice in writing to the Supplier.
