Official Secrets Act. 43.1 The Contractor shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that all people employed by the Contractor or its agents and Sub-contractors in connection with this Framework Agreement and Call-Off Contracts are aware of the Official Secrets Xxx 0000 and where appropriate, with the provisions of the Atomic Energy Xxx 0000, and that these Acts apply to them during the execution of this Framework Agreement and Call-Off Contracts and after the expiry or termination of this Framework Agreement.
