Common use of Official Clause in Contracts

Official. The supervisor will issue a written decision to the grievant within 10 calendar days of receipt of the grievance or if a meeting is requested, then 10 calendar days from the date the grievance meeting is held. If resolution is not reached during Step 1, the grieving PARTY may move the grievance to Step 2.
