Offsets and Credits. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, in the event Manager is entitled to any offsets or credits under this Agreement which it has not realized at the time of termination of this Agreement, such outstanding offset or credit amount shall be paid by the Authority to Manager within a reasonable period (not to exceed thirty (30) days) following termination of this Agreement.
