Contractor further certifies that all parties listed in Division (I) or (J) of Section 3517.13 of the Revised Code are in compliance with the campaign contributions limits set forth therein and have not made collectively since January 1, 2007 and shall not make beginning on the date the contract is awarded and extending until one year following the conclusion of this contract, one or more contributions totaling in excess of $2000 to the Governor or to his campaign committees.
