Common use of Olympiads Clause in Contracts

Olympiads. For the purposes of this Chapter, an expression so closely resembling a protected olympic expression mentioned in subsection (1) as to be likely to be mistaken, by a reasonable person, for such a protected olympic expression is taken to be a protected olympic expression. To avoid doubt, for the purposes of this Chapter, the expressions “Olympian” and “Olympians” are taken not to resemble a protected olympic expression mentioned in subsection (1).
