Removal of Materials If you decide you would like to remove your Materials from the Service, you may provide written notice to Prime Publishing by either deleting the image through the Prime Publishing interface or by contacting Prime Publishing customer service, and Prime Publishing will remove such Materials from the Service within a reasonable period of time. 5) License for Name, Trademarks and Likenesses. You hereby grant to Prime Publishing, its Affiliates and sublicensees a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use all trademarks, trade names, and the names and likenesses of any individuals that appear in the Materials. You grant Prime Publishing, its Affiliates and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with the Materials. 6) Specifications and Guidelines. You agree to submit Materials to us in accordance with all guidelines for use of the Service posted on the Prime Publishing web site or of which you are otherwise notified ("Guidelines"), as these Guidelines may be changed in the future. 7)
Withdrawal of Licensed Materials The Publisher reserves the right to withdraw from the Licensed Materials any item or part of an item for which it no longer retains the right to publish, or which it has reasonable grounds to believe infringes copyright or is defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable. The Distributor shall ensure that the Publisher will give prior written notice of the withdrawal to the Licensee and the Participating Institutions as soon as is practicable, but in no event less than thirty (30) days in advance of such withdrawal, specifying the item or items to be withdrawn.
Storage of Materials Borrower shall cause all materials supplied for or intended to be utilized in the construction of the Improvements but not affixed to or incorporated into the Property to be stored on the Property or at such other location as may be approved by Lender in writing, with adequate safeguards to prevent loss, theft, damage or commingling with other materials not intended to be utilized in the construction of the Improvements.
Return of Materials Upon termination or expiration of the Agreement, or upon written request of the Company, the Recipient shall promptly return to the Company all documents and other tangible materials representing the Company’s Confidential Information and all copies thereof. The Company shall notify immediately the Recipient upon discovery of any loss or unauthorized disclosure of the Confidential Information.
Filing of Materials All records related to a grievance shall be filed separately from the personnel files of the employees.
ACCEPTANCE OF MATERIAL 12.1 All components used in the manufacture or construction of materials, supplies and equipment, and all finished materials, shall be new, the latest make/model, of the best quality, and the highest grade workmanship.
Return of Material Upon the termination of the Executive's employment under this Agreement, the Executive will promptly return to the Company all copies of information protected by Paragraph 11(a) hereof which are in his possession, custody or control, whether prepared by him or others, and the Executive agrees that he shall not retain any of same.
Use of Materials There should be no limitations or restrictions by Union upon a Contractor's choice of materials or design, nor, regardless of source or location, upon the full use and utilization, of equipment, machinery, packaging, precast, prefabricated, prefinished, or preassembled materials, tools or other labor saving devices, subject to the application of the California Public Contract and Labor Codes. Generally, the onsite installation or application of such items shall be performed by the craft having jurisdiction over such work.
Use of Material The Employer intends using the information provided by the Consultant for purposes including: • professional advice regarding decisions to be made in connection with the subject matter of the services; • inputs into the work of others and the administration of contracts; and • professional inputs into the delivery process Task specific use of information provided by the Consultant is set out in the Task Order.
Removal of Discipline Any reprimand notices or disciplinary measures will remain on the employee or owner operator's file for one year from the date of notice or reprimand unless there is a re- occurrence of the same or similar infraction. At the completion of the one year period, the reprimand or disciplinary notice will be removed from the file. Said files to be removed shall not be considered to be removed but shall be physically removed and destroyed. If a repeat infraction occurs within the one year period, the original and subsequent notices or reprimands will remain on the file for a further year from the date of the most recent notice or reprimand. Reprimand notices and disciplinary measures resulting from violations of a criminal or civil nature, including driving record, will remain part of the employee or owner operator's file indefinitely. Whenever an employee or owner operator signs a document pertaining to discipline, he/she does so only to acknowledge that he/she has been notified accordingly.
