On-Call On a Holiday. Subject to the provisions of paragraph 4 of this section, an employee of the BCA who is instructed, in writing, to remain in an on-call status on a paid holiday off shall be compensated for being on-call at the rate of fifteen (15) minutes pay at the employee’s current rate of pay for each one (1) hour of on-call status up to a maximum of six (6) hours of straight time pay. Compensation for on-call shall be in the form of compensatory time or cash, at the discretion of the Appointing Authority.
On-Call On a Holiday. 14.4.1 For each holiday an employee is required to be on call, the employee shall be granted one (1) day’s leave in lieu to be added to the employee’s annual leave.
On-Call On a Holiday.
