On-site Technical Assistance i. The Contractor shall be available to provide on-site technical assistance to local governments, not-for-profits, community-based organizations or other entities that receive SHIP, HOME or Hardest Hit Fund Program funds, or other affordable housing program funds.
On-site Technical Assistance. (CPFF) Upon receipt of a TI and applicable GFI and GFE the Contractor shall perform maintenance, repair, testing, software installations, and hardware upgrades on MK 695 TSTSs at the Places of Performance identified in 1.1 and utilizing GFE. The contractor shall perform MK 695 TSTS maintenance in accordance with AD 3.2 and utilizing procedures provided as GFI 6.4. The contractor shall identify areas of improvement in the procedures and provide recommended revisions to the procedures to improve clarity and efficiency.
