One-Time Election for Current Employees Sample Clauses

One-Time Election for Current Employees. Staff employed prior to July 1, 2003, shall have the option to enroll in the PLAN in lieu of benefits described in Article IX, Section 1 and in Sections 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of this Article. Such election shall be made prior to December 31, 2003, and shall be a one- time irrevocable election.

  • Effective Date of Benefit Termination Medical, dental and life coverage termination will take effect on the first of the month following the loss of eligible employee or dependent status.   • Regular Part-Time Employees A regular part-time employee is one who works less than full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular part-time employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement. Regular part-time employees shall receive the same perquisites, on a proportionate basis, as granted regular full-time employees.

  • On-Call Employees The Employer may assign work to on-call employees prior to assigning overtime.

  • Maintaining Eligibility for Employer Contribution The employer's contribution continues as long as the employee remains on the payroll in an insurance eligible position. Employees who complete their regular school year assignment shall receive coverage through August 31.

  • Employer Compensation Upon Separation An Employee, upon her separation from employment, shall compensate the Employer for vacation which was taken but to which she was not entitled.
