One, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Presentation and Decision of Principal. Within thirty (30) days of the time the alleged grievance occurred or within thirty (30) days of the time the grievant obtained knowledge of the alleged grievance, the grievant may submit a formal grievance presentation to his principal. In a matter beyond the principal's control, the grievance may be submitted to the Superintendent, who shall determine the appropriate administrator to be assigned. The administrator shall have ten (10) days from the receipt of said formal grievance presentation with which to render a written decision on the merits of the alleged grievance.
