One Year of Service. Two Years of Service. (This option may only be selected if Section 1.C.1, Profit Sharing only, is selected above. This option may not be selected if the Plan provides for Elective Contributions (401(k) contributions).)
One Year of Service. The employee who has completed one (1) and less than four (4) years of continued service as of April 30th of every year shall be entitled to ten (10) days of paid vacation, paid at a four percent (4%) rate of his gross salary for the reference year.
