Ongoing Disclosure. Each Party will keep the other Party fully-informed about its efforts to Develop Selected LNA Compounds for such Party’s territory, including summaries of all results and data from such Development efforts, and all significant findings and developments. Such disclosures will be made in written reports to the other Party’s representatives on the JSC at least once annually. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, such reports will contain disclosure of the following:
Ongoing Disclosure. The Client must immediately notify SCA in writing of any material change in any information provided to SCA in relation to the Agreement or an application for a Commercial Credit Account.
Ongoing Disclosure. Ongoing Disclosure. 18.1 Consar agrees to provide details of all Consar, and all affiliates of Consar and Consar Building Corporation, their shareholders, officers and directors within 30 days of the Agreement Date, and to keep the Town apprised of any changes.

In the event of amendments or modifications that supersede the initial documents provided by the Company, the Company agrees to provide the Agent with written notifications together with copies of the all relevant resolutions as deemed necessary by the Agent within five (5) business days of its effectiveness, creation or approval.

At least twice in each Calendar Year, Avalon shall disclose and deliver to Athenex electronic copies in the English language (or, upon Athenex’s request, copies of the originals) all discoveries and developments related to the Goods, new Data, and the Avalon Intellectual Property as necessary for continued provision of Licensed Services, including the use of the Goods.
Ongoing Disclosure. The Cedant shall provide Reinsurer with such data and information concerning the matters represented and warranted hereunder as the Reinsurer may reasonably request from time to time.
Ongoing Disclosure. On or before any Conversion or remarketing that would subject the Bonds to the continuing disclosure requirements of Section (b)(5)(i) of Securities and Exchange Commission Rule 15c2-12 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, the Borrower shall enter for the benefit of the Bondholders and beneficial owners of the Bonds into a continuing disclosure undertaking satisfying the requirements of such Rule.
