Ongoing Equity Appeals. Within 30 days of hire or within 30 days of the announcement of any subsequent pay equity audits, an employee may file for an appeal of their step placement. If approved, results shall be retroactive to the date of the change that made the employee eligible for the adjustment, but not more than two (2) years of retroactivity shall be applied.
