Online Renewal Sample Clauses

Online Renewal. You may be given the opportunity to renew this contract to live in the residence halls via the Internet. If you choose to renew online, you will be bound by and subject to all the terms and conditions of this contract and any additions, deletions, or modifications contained in the online version that you accept, authorize, or agree to electronically in the manner prescribed online in lieu of a handwritten signature.

Online Renewal. You may be given the opportunity to renew this agreement for an upcoming year. A non-refundable $250.00 pre-payment toward housing charges is required for renewals.

  • Auto-Renewal In the event that this Agreement is automatically renewed, the Business Associate agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and laws referenced in this Agreement that are current and in effect at the time of renewal.
