Otherwise, if the online service is not offered, the Account Holder is invited to transmit instructions according to the procedures set out in article 11 “Absence or interruption of online or telephone services”. This service is not open to Account Holders of accounts with special operating terms, namely: accounts of legally protected persons, ordinary joint possession accounts, and split accounts (usufruct and reversionary- ownership).
