Online Services; Use Rights and Support Services for Online Services. If applicable Customer may terminate the use rights and Support Services for Online Services, and either Customer or 3DS may terminate any Online Services, by providing the other party with thirty (30) days prior written notice. Absent such notification and unless otherwise stated in the applicable OST, the Online Services shall automatically renew and be subject to the then-applicable Service Level Agreement. In the case where Customer is terminating the use rights and Support Services related to Online Services, such termination shall take effect at the end of the notice period, in all other instances, such termination shall take effect at the next scheduled renewal date.
