Online Statement Access. Access to Online Statements may be unavailable at times due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, or system outage. In addition, both environmental and physical events may occur that may cause the Services to become unavailable. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure the availability of access to your Online Statements through the Services. However, we are not liable for the unavailability of the Services or any damage that may result from your inability to access your Online Statement.

Online Statement Access. By choosing the Internet delivery option and using TradeZero Online Statement Access on the TradeZero Platform to view Client's TradeZero Client Statement, Client agrees to the following: • That it is Client's sole responsibility to access and review their account(s) on a regular basis, and that Client agrees to do so at least once per month. • That this service takes the place of having monthly statements mailed to Client. • That Client will be deemed to have accessed and reviewed their account(s) on a monthly basis. If for any reason Client is unable to do so, Client will notify TradeZero immediately so that a statement can be delivered by other means. • Client accepts that changes, delays, and reconciliation adjustments in Client’s TradeZero Client Statement may occur due to the recent nature of the information available via TradeZero's Online Statement Access, and Client acknowledges that statements dated as of each month end (as produced 3 or more business days after each month end) shall override any interim statements to the extent of any inconsistencies. • Client acknowledges that the use of the internet is for the mutual benefit of TradeZero and Client; the service provided shall not be used to impose liability for consequential damages or in any way increase the liability of either party in the event of a failure to perform its obligations beyond what it would have incurred if these documents had not been delivered via the internet. TradeZero has sought to ensure that its electronic communications are secure according to industry standards. However, TradeZero cannot guarantee the delivery, security, timeliness, confidentiality, and compatibility or completeness of communication by internet. Accordingly, Client acknowledges that TradeZero shall not be liable for: (i) any loss or damage suffered by Client; and (ii) without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any loss of profits, revenues, or contracts, or any indirect, consequential, incidental damages howsoever caused or arising, incurred by Client or any other, related to the transmission of documents via the internet.

  • Line Information Database LIDB is a transaction-oriented database accessible through Common Channel Signaling (CCS) networks. For access to LIDB, ONS must purchase appropriate signaling links pursuant to Section 10 of this Attachment. LIDB contains records associated with End User Line Numbers and Special Billing Numbers. LIDB accepts queries from other Network Elements and provides appropriate responses. The query originator need not be the owner of LIDB data. LIDB queries include functions such as screening billed numbers that provides the ability to accept Collect or Third Number Billing calls and validation of Telephone Line Number based non-proprietary calling cards. The interface for the LIDB functionality is the interface between BellSouth’s CCS network and other CCS networks. LIDB also interfaces to administrative systems.

  • Interconnection Customer Drawings Within one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of Initial Operation, unless the Interconnection Parties agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Interconnection Customer shall deliver to the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner final, “as-built” drawings, information and documents regarding the Customer Interconnection Facilities, including, as and to the extent applicable: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Customer Facility and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the Customer Interconnection Facilities, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Interconnection Customer's step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Customer Facility to the step-up transformers and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Customer Facility. As applicable, the Interconnection Customer shall provide Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Customer Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications.

  • Internet Access Hotels and Airports Employees who travel may need to access their e-mail at night. Many hotels provide free high speed internet access and Tyler employees are encouraged to use such hotels whenever possible. If an employee’s hotel charges for internet access it is reimbursable up to $10.00 per day. Charges for internet access at airports are not reimbursable.

  • Network Access TENANT may find it necessary to purchase a network interface card, wireless PC card or other hardware in order to connect to the internet service. LANDLORD is not responsible for the purchase of these items and LANDLORD cannot guarantee compatibility with any device TENANT may have. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve. LANDLORD will not be responsible for software issues related to the user’s personal computer.

  • Data Access Access to Contract and State Data The Contractor shall provide to the Client Agency access to any data, as defined in Conn. Gen Stat. Sec. 4e-1, concerning the Contract and the Client Agency that are in the possession or control of the Contractor upon demand and shall provide the data to the Client Agency in a format prescribed by the Client Agency and the State Auditors of Public Accounts at no additional cost.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.

  • Parent Access To the extent required by law the LEA shall establish reasonable procedures by which a parent, legal guardian, or eligible student may review Education Records and/or Student Data correct erroneous information, and procedures for the transfer of student-generated content to a personal account, consistent with the functionality of services. Provider shall respond in a reasonably timely manner (and no later than forty five (45) days from the date of the request or pursuant to the time frame required under state law for an LEA to respond to a parent or student, whichever is sooner) to the LEA’s request for Student Data in a student’s records held by the Provider to view or correct as necessary. In the event that a parent of a student or other individual contacts the Provider to review any of the Student Data accessed pursuant to the Services, the Provider shall refer the parent or individual to the LEA, who will follow the necessary and proper procedures regarding the requested information.
