Online System Provided. “As Is” The Online System (and all other related services) is provided “as is” with no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Centtrip shall have no responsibility for transmission errors, faulty or unreliable internet connections or website downtime. All Limitation on Liability and Indemnity terms set forth in Clause 12 shall apply fully to the Client or User’s use of the Online System, as well as any other means of accessing such Services.

For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.
