ONLINE SYSTEMS. 6.1 Recipient and its subrecipients must enter all appropriate and necessary data into OPUS (a web- based application developed by Agency), Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), Procorem or any other Agency-approved system designated by Agency (collectively, the “Sites”) at the time of client intake, if applicable, or at such other times required by Agency. Exceptions are only allowed with prior written approval by Agency.
