If there are two or more employees hired on the same date, test scores obtained at the time of hiring into the classification will be the deciding factor, with the highest score being more senior, the next highest score being the next most senior, and so on. In the event eligibility lists are combined, i.e. end of the previous list and top of the new list, the employee on the oldest eligibility list will have seniority.
