Open Fires. Contractor shall not build any open fires at any time of the year in the contract area without first obtaining written permission from the Compliance Forester. .
Open Fires. The Contractor its employees or its subcontractors shall not set or allow to be set any open fire at any time of the year without first obtaining permission in writing from the Contract Administrator.
Open Fires. An open fire can only be lit in the fire pit and ONLY during the seasons where an open fire is permitted. You will be advised on arrival the status of current fire restrictions. Firewood is provided for your use. The only other fires allowed are in the enclosed wood fire pizza oven and internal fire place. Under no circumstances are any fires to be lit on the property.
Open Fires. Fire dancing/productions, non-floating candles, incense, lanterns, Tiki torches or any apparatus that requires an open flame are strictly prohibited. Floating candles are permissible.
