Operating Condition. The Aircraft shall be in as good operating condition as on the Delivery Date, with all of the Aircraft Engines, Appliances, Parts, equipment, components, and systems functioning in accordance with their intended use irrespective of deviations or variations authorized by the minimum equipment list or configuration deviation list.
