OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE LNG TERMINAL. Terminal Operator shall during the term of this LTL operate, maintain and repair the LNG Terminal and keep the LNG Terminal in good working order and condition in order to fulfill its obligations under this LTL and under the Access Code for LNG Truck Loading (amongst others the sections 3.1 and 3.7) and to operate the LNG Terminal in accordance with the standards of a Reasonable and Prudent Operator and pursuant the applicable law.
