Operation & Maintenance Period. In addition to any of its other obligation under this Agreement, during the Operation and maintenance Period, the Lessee shall manage, operate, maintain the Project and shall repair the project components, whenever required, entirely at its cost, charges, expenses and risk in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
