Operation Requirements. In addition to the operational requirements set forth in the VAST Regional Communication Interoperability and Fiber Agreement, the parties agree to the operational requirements as follows: The VAST Member who owns the Communication Asset (Grantor) considers the assets covered by this permit to be a Low priority circuit and as such, shall perform all necessary maintenance, repair, replacement, operation and management of the Communications Asset as time allows based on the Grantor’s priorities.
