Operational procedures and responsibilities. The Contractor shall ensure that all IT operating responsibilities and procedures are fully documented. Changes to IT facilities, systems or any Equipment should be controlled by structured and documented change management process. The Contractor should at all times manage the capacity and performance of all IT facilities, systems and the Equipment used in relation to the provision of the services or the Processing of any University Data shall be kept separate from any development, test and operational systems.
