Security of Equipment. Keyholder acknowledges that it is necessary to maintain security of the Equipment to prevent its use by unauthorized persons and agrees:
a. to keep the Equipment in the Keyholder’s possession or in a safe place at all times;
b. to not loan the Equipment to any person, whether or not a real estate licensee, for any purpose whatsoever, or to permit the Equipment to be used for any purpose by any other person;
c. to not duplicate the Equipment or allow other persons to do so;
d. to not assign, transfer or pledge this Lease or the Equipment;
e. to immediately notify the Organization in writing of the loss or theft of the Equipment and the circumstances surrounding such loss or theft;
f. to follow all additional security procedures or relevant operating procedures as specified from time to time by the Organization; and
g. to not damage or deface the Equipment in any way, including attaching the Keyholder’s PIN number to Equipment
Security of Equipment. 1. NautaDutilh places, protects, maintains and controls all information assets, power cables and communications cables in such a way as to limit the risks of damage, external interruption and unauthorised access.
2. The risks of working with information assets outside of NautaDutilh’s buildings are properly controlled in order to prevent security breaches of information assets.
3. Media storing information assets that are no longer required are destroyed or overwritten in a secure manner.
Security of Equipment. It is the Hirer’s responsibility to ensure that the Equipment is securely locked when not in use, that all ancillary equipment is locked away and that all reasonable measures are taken to protect the Equipment against acts of thefts and vandalism.
Security of Equipment. Reseller and its End Users shall take all appropriate measures to secure the Equipment from loss, destruction or damage, and prevent the possibility that the Equipment might create environmental hazards, including but not limited to: physical security, including without limit barriers, limited and locked access and training of those with access; electronic security including without limit periodic audits of its telecommunications systems and passwords; environmental controls; and suitable power supplies.

Security of Equipment. OP shall attempt to ensure the live streaming webcams(s) are not damaged or destroyed. OP shall immediately report any Equipment damage to VRF.
Security of Equipment. Licensee bears sole responsibility for the secure operation of any equipment on which the Software Product is installed and operated, and any equipment accessed by the Software Product during the normal course of operations. Licensee understands and agrees that ICVERIFY bears no responsibility whatsoever for such equipment or for ensuring or maintaining a secure or compliant operating environment for the Software Product, and that the obligation to do so, and the obligation to comply with all legal, security, compliance and regulatory standards or other applicable laws, rules or regulations, is solely that of the Licensee.

Security of Equipment. I AGREE THAT: ● I will not remove Information Resources from institution property without proper prior authorization and approval of staff with appropriate authority. ● I will immediately report all security incidents, including the loss or theft of any Information Resources or data, to institution management and to the institution Information Security Officer. I AGREE THAT: ● I am required to be aware of, read, and comply with the information presented in my institution’s Rules, Standard Administrative Procedures (SAPs), and Controls, regarding information security. ● I must also comply with the Rules, SAPs, and Controls concerning Information Resources set out by my institution as well as any changes to those policies. ● I must comply with the information security practices and guidelines of the institution division that employs me, including any changes to those practices and guidelines if such practices and guidelines exist. ● My failure to comply with this Agreement may result in loss of access privileges to institution Information Resources or other disciplinary action up to and including termination for employees; termination or alteration of employment relations in the case of temporaries, contractors, or consultants; or dismissal for interns and volunteers. Additionally, individuals could also be subject to additional civil liability, and/or criminal charges.
Security of Equipment. The Hirer accepts responsibility for Equipment security until its collection by or return to the Owner and undertakes not to sell or relinquish possession, alter, repair or modify it in any way.
