OPERATIONS NOTIFICATION. The DOE shall notify the State during the planning of disposition of shipments of radioactive material (RAM) into or out of the XXX. DOE will commit to continued interaction with the State on current and proposed future activities involving radiation at an appropriate level of detail for an effective radiological oversight program and corresponding steps being considered to prevent releases of radiation to the public and environment. DOE will continue to provide the State with applicable policies, procedures, and standards to demonstrate that an effective radiation protection program is being maintained at each of the Oak Ridge installations. DOE will submit changes to facilities, and radiological area maps.

  • WORK NOTIFICATIONS Purchaser shall notify the Contract Administrator a minimum of 3 business days before work begins.

  • Association Notification Copies of all sabbatical applications, returning placement agreements and extension requests, as well as their disposition, shall be provided to the Association by the District upon request.

  • Public Notification BellSouth will maintain on its Interconnection Services website a notification document that will indicate all Central Offices that are without available space. BellSouth shall update such document within ten (10) calendar days (in Mississippi, 10 business days) of the Denial of Application due to Space Exhaust. BellSouth will also post a document on its Interconnection Services website that contains a general notice where space has become available in a Central Office previously on the space exhaust list. BellSouth shall allocate said available space pursuant to the waiting list referenced in Section 2.5.

SERVICE REPORTS FOR MAINTENANCE/SUPPORT AND WARRANTY WORK Service Reports for Authorized User An Authorized User in an RFQ may require compliance with any or all of this section. If requested by the Authorized User, the Contractor shall furnish the Authorized User with service reports for all Maintenance/support and warranty work upon completion of the services. The service reports may include the following information in either electronic or hard copy form as designated by the Authorized User:  Date and time Contractor was notified  Date and time of Contractor’s arrival  Make and model of the Product  Description of malfunction reported by Authorized User  Diagnosis of failure and/or work performed by Contractor  Date and time failure was corrected by Contractor  Type of service – Maintenance/support or warranty  Charges, if any, for the service Service Reports for OGS
