Operations Support Systems Functions. 6.1 BellSouth shall provide ITC^DeltaCom advance notice of changes to the prices, terms, and conditions for Resale in accordance with the provisions of Section 20.3 of the General Terms and Conditions. BellSouth provides electronic access to customer record information. Access is provided through the Local Exchange Navigation System (LENS), and the Telecommunications Access Gateway (TAG). Customer Record Information includes but is not limited to, customer specific information in XXXX and RSAG. ITC^DeltaCom agrees not to view, copy or otherwise obtain access to the customer record information of any customer without that customer’s permission and only in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations.
