Common use of OPSEU Day (Floating Day) Clause in Contracts

OPSEU Day (Floating Day). The University and the Union agree that each regular and recurring staff member is entitled to one other day as an additional paid non-statutory holiday each year. This day will be decided upon by each staff member in consultation with the appropriate supervisor. The OPSEU Day must be used during the Contract year.
