Common use of Option 2 Clause in Contracts

Option 2. Without receipts, an employee may be reimbursed for meal expenses up to $34.00 per day, including tax and gratuity, for three (3) meals, or when separate meals are claimed, six dollars ($6.00) for breakfast, nine dollars ($9.00) for lunch, and nineteen ($19.00) for dinner, all including tax and gratuity.

Option 2. Without receipts, an employee may be reimbursed for meal expenses up to $34.00 per day, including tax and gratuity, for three (3) meals, or when separate meals are claimed, six dollars ($6.00) for breakfast, nine dollars ($9.00) for lunch, and nineteen ($19.00) for dinner, all including plus tax and up to 15% gratuity.

Without receipts, an employee may be reimbursed for meal expenses up to thirty-four dollars ($34.00 34.00) per day, including tax and gratuity, for three (3) meals, or when separate meals are claimed, six dollars ($6.00) for breakfast, nine dollars ($9.00) for lunch, and nineteen ($19.00) for dinner, all including tax and gratuity.
