Optional Stowage. Goods may be stowed by the Carrier by means of containers or similar articles of transport used to consolidate Goods. Goods stowed in containers, whether by the Carrier or by the Merchant, may be carried on deck or under deck without notice to the Merchant. Such Goods (other than livestock and plants) shall participate in general average and shall be deemed within the definition of Goods for the purpose of the Hague Rules or the Hague-Visby Rules, as the case may be.

  • Optional Service EU Access is an optional service that may be offered by SAP.
