For this reason, the Government is not obligated to and does not intend to determine a competitive range, conduct discussions, and request quote revisions. The oral presentation consists of an unstructured question and answer session on technical factors. The entire oral presentation will take place remotely via video chat and/or teleconference. Vendors will not be able to use or present slides, graphs, charts or any other written presentation materials, including handouts. Content During the Open Technical Session, the Vendor will respond to Government’s questions related to the technical aspects of the Vendor’s proposal. Introductions will be used solely for introducing team members’ names and roles on both the Government and vendor teams. Time for introductions will not be allocated to business development purposes. Although the technical factors are identified in the RFQ, the core questions are not listed there. Vendors must be prepared to answer questions about the technical aspects of their respective quotes. The goal of these presentations is to assess the technical abilities of the proposed Key Personnel and further elaborate on their proposed Technical approach to accomplish the objectives of this task. This part of the oral presentations will not exceed 40 minutes. The Contracting Officer will strictly enforce this time limit on all presentations. There will be no follow-up session for further questions after this part of the presentation. Presentation Location Oral Presentations will take place via video chat, though audio may be substituted as needed. The Government will coordinate and set up the meeting space accordingly (providing dial-in information or links using a tool such as Zoom or Xxxxxx.xx). Presentation Date and Time The Government will schedule the date and time of the oral presentations with each Vendor after the solicitation closing date and receiving each Vendor’s quote submission. The Government reserves the right to reschedule any Vendor’s oral presentations date at the discretion of the contracting officer.   • ORAL PRESENTATIONS/INTERVIEWS In connection with any SOW RFP, Contractor and proposed employees, independent contractors or agents of Contractor may be required to make an oral presentation to State or Agency representatives. Significant representations made by a Contractor during the oral presentation shall be submitted in writing. All material representations acceptable to the State shall be incorporated in any applicable SOW Agreement. The Agency will notify Contractor of the time and place of oral presentations.

  • Presentation for Scaling Purchaser shall present products so that they may be Scaled in an eco- nomical and safe manner. If prior to Scaling, Included Timber is to be mixed with other timber, Purchaser shall, prior to mixing, provide for distinguishing, by means ap- proved by Forest Service, each product included in this contract. Any timber that has been removed from Sale Area during the period of this contract, but remains unscaled after Termination Date, shall be Scaled at the earliest rea- sonable date.

  • REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANNUAL CONFERENCE The Annual Conference represents and warrants to the Local Church as of the date hereof and the Disaffiliation Date as follows:

  • ORAL REPRESENTATION POLICY The entire UCF DHRL agreement is expressed in writing and supersedes any understanding that may have been communicated orally or implied and neither the Student nor UCF DHRL are relying on any oral or implied agreement, representation, or understanding of fact or law that is not expressed in writing. Any changes to the housing agreement must also be expressed in a writing or reproducible electronic format to be valid and enforceable. No representative of DHRL is authorized to make oral representations that change or modify the terms and effects of this agreement, unless done so in writing or other reproducible electronic format.

  • Representation in meetings Any Party which is a member of a Consortium Body (hereinafter referred to as "Member"): should be represented at any meeting of such Consortium Body; may appoint a substitute or a proxy to attend and vote at any meeting; and shall participate in a cooperative manner in the meetings.

  • Communications and Confidentiality The Contractor agrees that it will make no statements, press releases, or publicity releases concerning the Contract or its subject matter or otherwise disclose or permit to be disclosed any of the data or other information obtained or furnished in compliance with the Contract, or any particulars thereof, during the period of the Contract, without first notifying the Department’s Contract Manager or the Department designated contact person and securing prior written consent. The Contractor must maintain confidentiality of all confidential data, files, and records related to the services and commodities provided pursuant to the Contract and must comply with all state and federal laws, including, but not limited to sections 381.004, 384.29, 392.65, and 456.057, F.S. The Contractor’s confidentiality procedures must be consistent with the most recent version of the Department security policies, protocols, and procedures. The Contractor must also comply with any applicable professional standards with respect to confidentiality of information.

  • Petition for Annual Conference Session The Local Church acknowledges that pursuant to the governing standing rules of the Annual Conference, petitions for consideration of the legislative body must be submitted to the Secretary of the Annual Conference on or before April 1 of the current Annual Conference year. The Annual Conference will make reasonable efforts to assist the Local Church in completing the required petition, which will include this Disaffiliation Agreement as an attachment thereto making it subject to public review. If the petition is not filed in a timely manner, the Parties will make good faith efforts under the standing rules of the Annual Conference to cooperate to bring the petition to the legislative floor for consideration by appropriate motions to suspend the standing rules for the purposes of considering the petition.

  • Disclosure to Representatives Recipient agrees that it shall maintain the Confidential Information in strict confidence and that the Confidential Information shall not, without Provider’s prior written consent, be disclosed by Recipient or by its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, partners, employees, agents, or representatives (collectively, “Representatives”) in any manner whatsoever, in whole or in part, and shall not be used by Recipient or by its Representatives other than in connection with the Solicitation and the evaluation or negotiation of the Agreement; provided that, PG&E may use Confidential Information, consolidated with other market information and not specifically attributed to the Provider, to analyze or forecast market conditions or prices, for its own internal use or in the context of regulatory or other proceedings. Moreover, Recipient agrees to transmit the Confidential Information only to such of its Representatives who need to know the Confidential Information for the sole purpose of assisting Recipient with such permitted uses, as applicable; provided that, Recipient shall inform its Representatives of this Confidentiality Agreement and secure their agreement to abide in all material respects by its terms. In any event, Recipient shall be fully liable for any breach of this Confidentiality Agreement by its Representatives as though committed by Recipient itself.

  • Representations and Certifications The CNA shall assist the AbilityOne participating NPAs in the information gathering and filing of the NPAs’ Annual Representations and Certifications (AR&C) in accordance with 41 CFR §§ 51-3.2 and 3.6.

  • Grievance Representation (A) An employee who decides to use this grievance procedure shall indicate at Step 1 (or other initial written step as authorized by the provisions of this Article) whether he shall be represented by the Union. If a grievant selects a Union Grievance Representative to represent him in a grievance which has been properly filed in accordance with this Article, the Union Grievance Representative may be allowed a reasonable amount of annual leave to investigate the grievance. Such annual leave shall be subject to prior approval by the Union Grievance Representative’s immediate supervisor; however, approval of such leave will not be withheld if the Union Grievance Representative can be allowed such time off without interfering with, or unduly hampering the operations of the unit to which the Union Grievance Representative is regularly assigned. When a grievant has elected Union representation, both the grievant and the Union Grievance Representative shall be notified of a Step 1 meeting. Written communication concerning the grievance or its resolution shall be sent to the grievant and the Union Grievance Representative, and the decision agreed to by the state and the Union shall be binding on the grievant.
