PERIOD AND PLACE OF PERFORMANCE. The Seller is obliged to deliver the goods in full according to the Specification of the Subject of Performance, including ensuring the full functionality and commissioning at the Buyer's premises not later than ……… calendar days from the date of the Buyer's instruction to start performance (order). PERIOD AND PLACE OF PERFORMANCE. The period of performance for the contract shall be 1 base year plus two one-year option periods. If required, task orders will address options individually. Task orders may be up to 12 months in length and may extend up to 12 months past the ordering period. When required, the FAR clause 52.217-8, OPTION TO EXTEND SERVICES, will be evaluated with the award of a task order using prorated value of the last year of the task order. PERIOD AND PLACE OF PERFORMANCE. C.5.1. The base contract shall consist of a single five (5) year ordering period during which task orders may be issued. The individual task order will call out the Period of Performance (POP) for each individual effort. C.5.2. Task order performance shall take place at a variety of CONUS and OCONUS sites as specified at the individual task order level. C.5.3. Fielding Schedules and TAT Schedules are living documents and are subject to change throughout the period of performance of the contracts. The Contracting Officer (KO) will be the only approving authority for schedule changes. If there is a schedule change, the contractor’s Program Manager shall acknowledge the change within seven (7) days and adjust their schedule accordingly. The Contracting Officer is responsible for issuing change orders and modifications as required to support the contract requirements and the individual Task Orders.

  • Place of Performance All obligations of SBBC under the terms of this Agreement are reasonably susceptible of being performed in Broward County, Florida and shall be payable and performable in Broward County, Florida.

  • Time of Performance Time for performance of the Scope of Services under this Agreement shall begin with receipt of the Notice to Proceed and end no later than December 31, 2026. Consultant shall complete the tasks described in the Scope of Services, within this time or within such additional time as may be extended by the County.

  • Schedule of Performance Consultant shall commence the services pursuant to this Agreement upon receipt of a written notice to proceed and shall perform all services within the time period(s) established in the “Schedule of Performance” attached hereto as Exhibit “D” and incorporated herein by this reference. When requested by the Consultant, extensions to the time period(s) specified in the Schedule of Performance may be approved in writing by the Contract Officer but not exceeding one hundred eighty (180) days cumulatively.

  • Standard of Performance Consultant represents and warrants that it has the qualifications, experience and facilities necessary to properly perform the services required under this Agreement in a thorough, competent and professional manner. Consultant shall at all times faithfully, competently and to the best of its ability, experience and talent, perform all services described herein. In meeting its obligations under this Agreement, Consultant shall employ, at a minimum, generally accepted standards and practices utilized by persons engaged in providing services similar to those required of Consultant under this Agreement.
