Technical Experts. If the matter is a technical disagreement, it will be submitted to the opinion of experts appointed as follows: one by each party, and the third named by the other two experts. Should the experts not agree and upon the petition of either party, the third expert will be appointed by the association of professionals with greatest relation to the matter under dispute or a related area, where the association is a technical consultative body for the Government, based in Bogotá. Once the experts have been appointed: a) They will issue their opinion in the thirty (30) Days following their appointment. The experts will indicate the place and time for the receipt of information from the Parties. At the request of the experts, the Parties may grant an extension of the initial term allowed. b) The Parties will deliver all relevant information, which the experts may consider necessary; c) The Parties will focus on and set a limit to the matters which they are to decide; d) The costs and expenses of technical experts will be borne by the Parties in equal portions. e) The opinion will be issued by majority, will be binding on the Parties and will have the effect of a transaction.
Technical Experts. 15 a) access to the WEEELABEX Auditor(s) and any technical experts or other members of the audit team to carry out assessment activities and verify batch tests and specialist performance tests; and b) access to a WEEELABEX Organisation representative(s) (nominated by WEEELABEX Organisation) to witness the audit activities in order to perform an internal assessment of the quality of the audit. Such person will be required to abide by the confidentiality conditions set down in clause 13 of these Terms and Conditions, and will on request, sign and abide by any separate non-disclosure agreement provided by the (candidate) WEEELABEX Operator to provide further assurance of confidentiality. Copies of all such agreements will be kept by the WEEELABEX Office for a period of two years, or longer if agreed by both parties; and c) access to a WEEELABEX Member System(s) representative (an employee of a WEEELABEX Member System or of an associated EEE manufacturer) to witness the audit activities (only applicable in the case when the WEEELABEX Member System commissioned and paid for the WEEELABEX attestation conformity verification process). Such representatives will be required to abide by the confidentiality conditions set down in clause 13 of these Terms and Conditions, and will on request, sign and abide by any separate non-disclosure agreement provided by the (candidate) WEEELABEX Operator to provide further assurance of confidentiality. Copies of all such agreements will be kept by the WEEELABEX Member System for a period of two years, or longer if agreed by both parties.
Technical Experts. A team of Technical Experts will be involved in the technical duties that come with a Trapeze implementation. Examples include a Technical Lead for system administration, database administration, web administration, printer administration, software patches, etc.

Technical Experts. The EWC may call upon other individuals with Expertise in specific technical areas (safety, environment, health, working conditions, training ….).
