Order Form(s) and MSA Sample Clauses

Order Form(s) and MSA. Member College and Zoom agree to the terms of the MSA, and such MSA shall apply to the purchase of Zoom Services by Member College as described in one or more Order Forms between Member College and Zoom. All references to “Customer” in the MSA shall refer to Member College and all references to “Order Form” in the MSA shall refer to the Order Form(s) between Member College and Zoom. Member College agrees that by entering into this Participation Agreement, Zoom shall have legal rights against Member College, including the right to enforce the terms of and to seek remedy under this Participation Agreement, the MSA and the Order Form(s) directly against Member College.
